ENERGY, CIRCULATION & DIGESTION
June 6th start, 2026 • 9 HealingsThere are times when life exceeds the system’s immediate capacity to adapt.
During crisis, illness, grief, or major transition, the body may prioritize survival over integration. Grounding weakens, emotional regulation strains, sleep is disrupted, and internal boundaries can feel unstable.
This work emphasizes stabilization before insight. It supports settling, orientation, and containment, allowing the system to regain enough safety for recovery to begin.
Vitality depends on the body’s ability to receive nourishment, distribute resources, and convert input into usable energy.
Circulation, respiration, digestion, and metabolic organs coordinate the movement of oxygen, nutrients, and blood throughout the system. When these processes are disrupted, energy can stagnate, fatigue increases, and recovery becomes inefficient.
This work restores flow and functional coordination, supporting the body’s capacity to generate, sustain, and distribute energy effectively.
Relevant during periods of low energy, digestive strain, metabolic imbalance, or prolonged recovery.
• Heart & Circulatory System - Where flow weakens and distribution becomes inefficient.
• Blood - Where nourishment and waste transport lose vitality and momentum.
• Respiratory System - Where breath shortens and intake becomes restricted.
• Digestive System - Where assimilation falters and nourishment doesn’t land.
• Spleen - Where energy distribution and immune balance become uneven.
• Pancreas - Where blood sugar and metabolic rhythm lose stability.
• Kidneys - Where deep reserves drain under long-term demand.
• Reproductive System - Where creative and life-force energy recedes under stress.
• Liver - Where processing, detoxification, and directional flow become congested.
ENERGY, CIRCULATION & DIGESTION
Jun 3 – 7
Theme: Rest in the Light
- Wed: Heart & Circulatory System (Energy, Circulation & Digestion – Week 1) - Where flow weakens and distribution becomes inefficient. Supporting vascular and electromagnetic circulation so nourishment, oxygen, and energetic signals distribute evenly throughout the body. As circulation restores, light can be received and integrated without strain or congestion.
- Fri: Hara + Crown Chakra - As the Hara rises into the Crown, higher guidance enters embodiment. Light is received through coherence, not effort, and insight integrates without destabilizing the system.
- Sun: Healing for Forgiveness (Integration and Orientation Week 5) - When unresolved charge prevents completion.
Supporting closure and release so illumination can be held without obstruction or fatigue.
Reflection: How does light land differently when my center is steady and my system is complete?
Jun 10 – 14
Theme: Voice of the Soul
- Wed: Blood (Energy, Circulation & Digestion – Week 2) - Where nourishment and waste transport lose vitality and momentum. Supporting oxygenation, nutrient delivery, and metabolic exchange so energy can circulate efficiently throughout the system. As blood flow restores vitality and rhythm, expression gains strength and sustainability.
- Fri: Hara + Sixth Chakra - When the Hara aligns with the Sixth Chakra, perception steadies and inner knowing clarifies. Insight becomes orienting rather than overwhelming, allowing the soul’s voice to organize from within before it is spoken.
- Sun: Healing for Primordial Elements (Integration and Orientation Week 6) - When the field needs reorganization at its roots. Supporting elemental balance - earth, water, fire, and air - so the energetic body can recalibrate at a foundational level. As the elements reorganize, expression becomes natural, coherent, and sustainable.
Reflection: What changes when my voice arises from breath, clarity, and elemental balance rather than effort or defense?
Jun 17 – 21
Theme: DNA of the Light
- Wed: Respiratory System (Energy, Circulation & Digestion – Week 3) - Where breath shortens and intake becomes restricted. Supporting the restoration of full, responsive breathing so oxygen, rhythm, and life-force can enter without guarding or collapse. As breath deepens, the system regains capacity to receive illumination without overwhelm.
- Fri: Hara + Throat Chakra - When the Hara aligns with the Throat, inner truth organizes into expression. What is known at a core level becomes speak-able, livable, and transmissible without strain or distortion.
- Sun: Healing for Balancing the Chakras (Integration and Orientation Week 7) - When alignment allows integration to settle evenly. Supporting the harmonization of all centers so energy distributes coherently throughout the system. Balance allows illumination to stabilize rather than spike, integrating insight into daily life.
Reflection: What changes when what I receive can be fully digested, expressed, and integrated?
Jun 24 – 29
Theme: Expanding into Wholeness
- Wed: Digestive System (Energy, Circulation & Digestion – Week 4) - Where assimilation falters and nourishment doesn’t land. Supporting the body’s capacity to receive, break down, and integrate nourishment—physical, emotional, and energetic. As digestion steadies, vitality distributes evenly and trust in receiving and using life-force is restored.
- Fri: Hara + Heart Chakra - When the Hara aligns with the Heart, intention and compassion unify. Action arises from coherence rather than striving, and presence becomes naturally relational, humane, and true.
- Sun: Healing for the Human Heart (Integration and Orientation Week 8)- When coherence and meaning become the compass forward. Supporting the integration of lived experience into wisdom—so love, clarity, and purpose guide the next movement of life. The heart becomes a place of orientation, not effort.
Reflection: What wholeness do I embody when I allow meaning—not healing—to guide my way forward?
