Healing Energetic Boundaries

We are each here with a unique set of gifts and a life purpose all our own. 

We form relationships, families, and community as a way of supporting us to live in our Truth. 

Unfortunately, sometimes because of trauma or past wounds, we learned how to accept others’ influences on our lives in an unhealthy way. 

We may forget our own purpose, or disown it, because we falsely believe it will diminish the love we receive around us.

We stablish unhealthy energetic boundaries with other people in order to keep them in our lives with the mistaken understanding that we need to stay small to be accepted.

When we align with our primordial intention we balance our energy field creating a strong coherence that allows our unique purpose to be present and in resonance in our energy field.

Energetic cords from our chakras keep us attached to relationships that have become unhealthy. Clearing the energetic cords help to let go of the unhealthy relationship and transform it into a next phase that can be healthy for us and the other.

This healing is intended to help you to contain your healthy power that is each of our birthright. 

It helps us to experience ourselves as a complete and whole being, while allowing us to experience the sheer joy and pleasure of relating to others. 

When we have healthy boundaries, we are able to “let go” in our human relationships because we are secure within ourselves. 

We don’t have to hyper-vigilantly defend our space or fear that we will be invaded by another.

Just as a lakeshore edge helps to define a lake, our healthy energetic boundaries define who we are in the world around us.
