In 2021 she gave up her city life in NYC, where she always had a small balcony garden.... bought a sustainable, off the grid property in New Mexico and chose a new path and way to live..
Her deep grounded wisdom supports clients as she works with one on one and group sessions, workshops, classes, and writing.

​She is an advanced BBSH Healing Science Practitioner and Advanced Studies teacher in the Florida school.

She loves hiking, cooking, and growing food.
